Getting Help with Usernames and Passwords

Cuestra can help you in most cases with support issues regarding your username and passwords for site access. Please use the resources listed below to help manage your username and password.

The most important thing: when you joined, you received an email directly from the billing company. This is a very important email and should be referred to if you need help logging in, managing your subscription, managing your userid and password and any other customer service.

USERNAME and PASSWORD HELP
The most common problems:

1. You must enter the username and password provided EXACTLY as it is provided.

2. Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive, there should be no spaces ahead or behind the username or password.

3. We recommend you simply CUT and PASTE the username and password from the email. This way you guarantee you get it exactly right!

4. You may be locked out! If you have tried and failed more than 3 times in a row the security system will freeze your access. We can reset it for you.

5. If you have shared your password you will be locked out and your membership terminated immediately. Password sharing is strictly prohibited.

If you cannot locate this email or cannot figure out which biller was used to process your membership, please contact us directly on support@cuestra.com with as much details as possible (name, full address, phone number, sign up date, what site you joined etc and we will respond and help you within 24 hours.
